Der Monokristallines Silizium Druck-/Differenzdruckmessumformer verwendet fortschrittliche monokristalline Silizium-Messtechnik. Im Schaltungsdesign wird ein modularem Design auf Basis eines Mikroprozessors in Kombination mit fortschrittlicher digitaler Isolationstechnik angewendet, wodurch das Messgerät über eine extrem hohe Störfestigkeit und Stabilität verfügt.
