When a capacitance is formed between the electrode immersed in liquid and the outer wall electrode, the change of liquid level will cause the change of this capacitance value. The digital processing circuit automatically calculates the corresponding change of level height through the obtained capacitance value change, so as to achieve real-time monitoring of the level height.
