単結晶シリコン圧力・差圧伝送器は先進的な単結晶シリコン計測技術を採用し、回路設計においてはマイクロプロセッサをコアとし、先進的なデジタルアイソレーション技術を補助的に活用したモジュール化設計を採用することで、計器に極めて高い耐ノイズ性と安定性を付与しています。同時に、内蔵された温度センサにより伝送器の補償を行うことで、計測精度を向上させ、温度ドリフトを低減し、長期安定性に優れ、信頼性が高く、自己診断能力に優れるといった特長を有しています。
