단결정 실리콘 압력/차압 트랜스미터는 선진 단결정 실리콘 측정 기술을 채택하며 회로 설계에서 마이크로프로세서를 핵심으로 하고 선진 디지털 절연 기술을 보조로 활용한 모듈화 설계를 적용하여 계측기가 매우 높은 내간섭성과 안정성을 갖추도록 하였습니다. 동시에 내장 온도 센서를 통해 트랜스미터를 보상하여 측정 정밀도를 높이고 온도 드리프트를 낮췄으며 장기 안정성이 우수하고 신뢰성이 높으며 자기진단 능력이 강한 특징을 갖추고 있습니다.
