製品説明
高安定性・高信頼性の拡散シリコン圧力センサと高性能デジタル信号処理回路を採用し、全体の性能が安定かつ信頼性に優れ、長距離信号伝送が可能です。全体はステンレス一体型構造を採用し、内部に緩衝・ダンパーを内蔵し、複数回のエージング処理・ポッティング処理を施すことで、固定性能と高安定性を実現しました。取り付けが容易で、耐震性・防湿性・耐衝撃性に極めて優れ、過酷な環境下でも長期使用が可能です。
