Main Functions of Differential Pressure Transmitters
A differential pressure transmitter is an important measuring instrument, which is widely used in industrial automation and process control systems. Its core function is to accurately measure the pressure difference between two different positions or working conditions, and convert this pressure difference into a standardized output signal.
1. Differential pressure measurement: The core function of a differential pressure transmitter is to measure the pressure difference between two pressure points.
2. Signal conversion and output: It converts the measured differential pressure value into a standard electrical signal output (4-20mA or 0-10V), which is easy to transmit and process in control systems and data acquisition systems.
3. Linearization and temperature compensation: Linearization can eliminate the nonlinear error of the sensor output signal, and temperature compensation reduces the impact of temperature changes on measurement results.
4. Alarm and self-diagnosis: When the measured value exceeds the preset range or the sensor fails, the transmitter can send out an alarm signal.
5. High accuracy and stability: Advanced manufacturing processes and calibration technologies are adopted to ensure high accuracy and stability.
